Milwaukee Bucks Defeat Indiana Pacers 109-94 in Game 1 of Eastern Conference Semifinals

Pacers Fall Short Despite Strong Performance from Tyrese Haliburton

The Milwaukee Bucks took home a 109-94 victory against the Indiana Pacers in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference semifinals on Monday night. Despite a strong performance from Indiana's Tyrese Haliburton, the Bucks' depth and experience proved too much for the Pacers to overcome.

Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 32 points, 17 rebounds, and 5 assists. Jrue Holiday added 24 points, and Khris Middleton chipped in with 17 points. Haliburton paced the Pacers with 30 points and 8 assists, while Myles Turner and Bennedict Mathurin each scored 19 points.

The Bucks got off to a strong start, taking a 10-point lead in the first quarter. The Pacers fought back in the second quarter, but the Bucks extended their lead to 60-47 at halftime. The third quarter was a back-and-forth affair, but the Bucks held on to their lead and took a 90-74 advantage into the fourth quarter.

The Pacers made one last run in the fourth quarter, but the Bucks were able to hold them off and secure the victory. The Bucks now lead the series 1-0, and the two teams will face off again in Game 2 on Wednesday night.
